PAYMENT GUIDE

At the checkout, there are 3 ways to pay for your purchase:

1) Online Banking through ipay88

2) Maybank QR Pay (refer step 5)

3) Manual  Bank Transfer (refer step 6)

*At the moment, cards payment i.e VISA, Mastercard, AMEX etc are not yet available.

CHECKOUT STEP BY STEP

1) Add To Cart and Checkout

2) Fill In Your Shipping Information

i) All information are mandatory for invoice and tracking delivery purposes.

ii) Tick Billing address same as shipping address

3) Select Shipping Method

4) Choose Payment Method

i) Online Banking through ipay88

ii) Maybank QR Pay (refer step 5)

iii) Online Banking through manual transfer (refer step 6)

5) Maybank QR Pay

i) Select Maybank QR Pay 

ii) Open your Maybank2u App

iii) Scan IZ Premier Laboratory QR code as below

iv) Once payment is made;

       a) Kindly attached screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents at the end of the checkout.

      OR

      b) Please login to your account and attach screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents at the end of the checkout.

      OR

      c) If you do not have an account, kindly email us or whatsapp the screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents.

         *Orders will be cancelled if the payment is not made within 48 hours from the order placement.

         *If the order information of the deposit has elapsed, please contact the customer center for processing.

6) Manual Bank Transfer

i) Go To Your Bank, ATM or Online Banking Portal

ii) Transfer the total amount as per your checkout to;

     Bank Account Name    : Maybank

iii) Once payment is made;

       a) Kindly attached screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents at the end of the checkout.

      OR

      b) Please login to your account and attach screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents at the end of the checkout.

      OR

      c) If you do not have an account, kindly email us or whatsapp the screenshot/payment slip/supporting documents.

          Orders will be cancelled if the payment is not made within 48 hours from the order placement.

Invoice

Invoice or receipt of your purchase will be sent to your email. Please ensure you provide the correct email address during checkout. No hardcopy will be provided.

Tracking

Tracking reference number will be sent to your email address and your mobile number. Please ensure you provide the correct email address and mobile number during checkout
